Before starting the program, I was always tired, felt like crap, always hit a midday crash, was taking at least 1 antacid a day, had headaches, had stomach issues and acid reflux. Since starting, all of that has gone away and I am very thankful. My workouts are way better, I am stronger, and I don’t get tired as quickly during them.  I’m wearing pants I haven’t worn in 2 years and they are loose. Trust the process and do not give up like I almost did! I am excited to see even more results these next couple months!”

Sonia helped me get off of this years long hamster wheel I was so sadly stuck on. With her guidance and help, I was able to lose 231bs in my ftrst 2 months and now I am consistently losing 1-21bs per week. I feel lighter and leaner with so much more energy! Many of the symptoms I used to experience have subsided including, bloating, irregular bowel movements, joint pain, stiff muscles and joints, feeling sluggish with mid-day crashes and low selfesteem.
I’m 5’2 and started this amazing journey at 1851bs in February and I now weigh 160lbs which is the lightest I have been since having my daughter 6 years ago! I love how Sonia takes the time to create detailed plans tailored to my needs, goals and progress. She is great with rapidly responding to and answering all of my questions, consistently checks in to see how I am doing and gives me the encouragement and advice I need, just when I need it the most.
